Our patient's time is valuable, and we put forth every effort to set aside specific times for our patients to avoid long waiting times. However, due to a large amount of missed appointments we have implemented a strict No-Show/Cancellation Policy.

Chiropractic : Please call within 12 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that life and emergencies happen,therefore we allow 1 missed appointment per 12 visits, all other last minute cancellations or missed appointments will be charged $40, which isn't covered by insurance.
Massage Therapy & Breathwork Therapy:All missed appointments or those cancelled within 24 hours will incur a Missed Appt Fee equal to the full amount of the therapy. Monthly Massage Program members will forfeit that month's massage at their member rate.

We have a very busy schedule and may have waiting lists for appointments. We ask you to please be considerate of our patients, doctors' and therapists' time, as everyone's care and time is important. We ask that you call ahead to Cancel YOUR appointment as soon as you can.
