Policies

Office Policies:

Our staff want to ensure that every patient enjoy the full benefit of their care with us, including the time spent with each and every patient.  Therefore, patients are expected to be on time for their appointments and we ensure a strict cancellation policy to avoid taking other spots that could be available for others.

Cancellations:

Chiropractic appointments that are not cancelled within a 12 hour period are subject to a $25 missed appointment fee.

Massage appointments that are not cancelled within a 24 hour period are subject to a $25 missed appointment fee.

Late Appointments:

In order to ensure that our doctors and therapists provide the quality time allotted to each and every patient, our late appointment policy is as follows:

Patients showing up greater than 10 minutes late for their chiropractic visit may lose their appointment and be subject to a missed appointment fee.

Showing up late for an appointment will take time away from your massage but not your charged fee.  So please be on time for your appointment
